PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

Main Purpose of the Job

To supervise and coordinate aU activities invoked in the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services within the assigned area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures with the aim of achieving organisational goals.

Position Requirements
Qualification

•Degree in Material Engineering or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualifications.

Experience

•Five years post-qualification experience in purchasing or related technical experience, two of which should be in a supervisory role.
•In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
•Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies
Legal Certification / Professional Membership
•Certification in procurement or supply chain management is an added advantage.
