We are inviting applications for the below mentioned positions; Note the Requirements & Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGER (1)

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, attending to technical queries as well as checking drawings, quantities and ensuring calculations are accurate for project commencement

The candidate will also be responsible for the following areas;

•Act as the first point of contact for Client Representatives and sub-contractors
•Monitor progress, oversee purchase and delivery of materials and carry out safety checks as well as sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise
•Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors on work progress
•Ensure that work complies with building standards and regulations
•Ensure that deadlines for completing work are met
•Share responsibility for Health and Safety as well as organize and supervise employees and materials on site
•A relevant Degree Qualification in Engineering / Construction Management
•Ten (10) years’ Experience in a similar position, of which atleast five (5) years must have been in a Construction Company
