PROJECT MANAGER – WDM Botswana (Proprietary) Ltd.

JOB SUMMARY
WDM Botswana is seeking a Project Manager/Civil Engineer, who will assume responsibility for planning, procurement, execution, management, and successful completion of the project. This person will have overall project oversight and manage all aspects of the project including project scope, compliance management, audits, project team management, subcontractor management and billing, and resources assigned to the project. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to manage project timelines and costs effectively, possess strong communication skills, and be able to coordinate effectively with all stakeholders, including sub-contractors, technical teams, and material suppliers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Hons.), construction or equivalent
⦁ A minimum of 15 years of work experience in the Building and Civil Engineering field with proven references
⦁ Must have worked on International Projects (at least 3 projects) with a value of more than USD 15 Million.
⦁ Must have worked previously in African countries.
