To run the Lion Tutoring front desk at Head Office in Gaborone. Receptionist should be fun, vibrant and friendly to customers coming in and calling Front Desk. We require the receptionist to welcome clients and direct them to the relevant officer in charge. This candidate should be able to take calls and also direct them to the relevant office. Receptionist will be required to work on other admin related tasks as requested by Managing Directors and CEO; and able to multi task and work under pressure.


Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Reception / Business Management from a reputable Institution.

Atleast 1 year industry experience.

Basic Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to switch between phone calls and listen to client
Show and execute knowledge on administrative procedures


P2 000 per month. With potential to grow with organisation.
