Job Outline: Includes but is not limited to: Day to day administrative duties for the business, Receive phone calls, Registering clients and Scheduling doctors’ appointments.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Up keeping cleanliness of the Reception and Back-Office Area
Ensuring refreshments are available for clients at all times.
Answering Phone Calls
Handling all walk-in patients and referring them to the relevant medical practitioner Ensuring appointment book is maintained
Liaising with clients to ensure they get value for their money
Client relationship management i.e following up with clients to check continued client satisfaction
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:
Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related business-related course
2 years relevant experience
Good Customer Service is Essential – Certification will be an added advantage Must be able to work under pressure – Accuracy and Attention to Detail Good Communications Skills – Written and Verbal Communication Skills
High Level of Professionalism
Organisational and Time Management
Fluent in English and Setswana (Spoken and Written) Positive outlook on life
