The position is based in Gaborone and report directly to the Facilities Manager.
JOB SUMMARY
Receives visitors to the BOSETU office, determining their needs and directing them accordingly and in an efficient manner. Answers general queries and directs visitors to the relevant employee or department ensuring providing quality service to the customers. May also perform routine typing, clerical, or secretarial duties. May be responsible for a switchboard. Contributes to the image of the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front desk and quality reception service
- Screening visitors, calls, mail, and forwarding and/or directing visitors accordingly
- Responsible for office stationery and supplies
- Organising meeting logistics; booking rooms, refreshments, etc.
- Providing clerical support to visitors and staff as requested, i.e. photocopies, faxing documents

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Diploma/Degree in Secretarial, Business Admin, Communications or related.
- Atleast 2 years similar role experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical duties.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Good typing ability or skills.
