Job Description
Our client in the Power Generation Industry is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join their team as a Receptionist/Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in their office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and always organized.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

- 2 years proven experience as a receptionist or personal assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma, additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
