As a Guest Service Agent FO, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. A Guest Service Agent FO contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Execute duties as assigned by the FOM, GSSupervisor FO or General Manager
- Be a reliable member of the Guest Service FOTeam and a collaborative colleague whose passion for hosting can be observedevery day.
- Execute duties as assigned by the FOM or theGuest Service Supervisor FO
- Organise the ‘work area’ to be able todeliver brighthearted customer service from welcome to good-bye
- Deliver brighthearted customer service inall shifts (early, late, night) and enrol Hilton Honors members
- Demonstrate an awareness of guestpriorities, anticipate needs, build rapport and resolve guest problems veryquickly
- Close guest transactions in FO effectively,solicit feedback, and deliver a memorable goodbye
- Be aware of planned team meetings andlearning sessions and attend as required
- Communicate clearly and constructively withGuest Service FO colleagues and other departments to help deliver brightheartedguest experiences in all areas of the hotel.
- Participate positively in pre and post shiftbriefs and apply learning to future service
- Volunteer to participate in company campaigns like TwP or TMcommittees such as the Brighthearted Committee
- Always deliver ‘fair share’ in team taskelements of the role and support colleagues whose workload may temporarily beheavy.
- Regularly attend mandatory F&B servicetrainings to be ready to work shifts in F&B service should it be required.
- Duties of a GSA FO, when scheduled to workin F&B can also include the order-taking, delivery of any food and/orbeverage items, and clearing of tables.

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Completed high school certificate or equivalent

- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in cash handling
