- Your role will be to develop and deliver SHE training programs to Staff, conducting inductions for employees, visitors and business partners, prepare and maintain SHE training records, monitor and set schedules for SHE Training classes and induction as required by the SHE manager.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Support the development and delivery of the SHE training Programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis for employees and contractors
- Support the development of new SHE training courses as determined by the needs of the project to address specific hazards, trends or the need for refresher training by project workers
- Prepare and maintain course rosters, course and other documentation as needed
- Conduct onboarding for new employees
- Develop training budget
- Work closely with line management to ensure training is kept up to date
- Promoting our safety culture
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Education qualifications required – Degree in Safety or Environment, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- 5 years of experience as a SHE Officer or SHE trainer
- 3 years of experience with developing SHE training programs and workshops
