Job Description
Reporting to the Country Manager, the focus of the job is to market and sell the company to individuals, organisations and all other potential buyers. The Sales Officer will also be responsible in making follow ups, and closing deals with potential buyers via phone calls, meetings and other means.
The Core Duties Are
- Allocating and managing the Lion Tutoring budget designated for sales and advertising;
- Closely monitor the different media used to advertise the company and compile monthly reports on the best performers;
- Advertise the company through old and new methods such as, flyer distribution, newspaper ads, Website and online presence, Social media management, meetings with clients, exhibitions, heading CSR projects, etc.
- Sales officer will also be required to have basic knowledge on running admin related tasks at each office;
- Sales officer should run all sorts of campaigns in the organisation such as Customer satisfaction campaigns, sales campaigns and other campaigns to help boost sales in each branch.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Sales and/or Marketing;
- At least a year experience working for a reputable organisation, performing sales related tasks;
- Understanding the Sales and Marketing ecosystem (Have contacts with Media companies);
- Experience working with any Sales and Marketing tools.

Remuneration
Basic salary of P2 500 + 10% commission on sales facilitated from start to end.
