SCOPE OF THE JOB:
•To provide effective and efficient funeral services at an operational level to the benefit of the company.
•Receive calls and correspondence from both external and internal customers.
•Daily receipting, filling and checking including reconciliation.
•Assisting in preparing funeral schedules.
•Counting stock, wreaths, coffins and caskets.
•Assist in the movement of corpses in and around the country.
•Attend to customer queries, resolve/engage relevant parties.
•Assist in the maintenance of proper records.
•Interpret operational policies/procedures accurately.
•Assist in ensuring progressive fleet management and good record keeping.
•Minimum of BGCSE certificate.
•2 years of experience in an administrative position.
•Certificate of Proficiency(A MUST).
•Certificate in any administrative field.
•Effective communication at all levels.
•Ability to facilitate and impart knowledge through effective communications.
•Pro-active and innovative.
•Ability to make good business decisions.
