As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.
ROLES
*Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients throughout the country.
*Develop new business and increase sales for both new and existing clients, in line with targets.
*Represent AFR Botswana values in all dealings with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
*Ensure communication and relationship with clients is excellent and enables AFR to deliver world-class service.
*Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our company values; Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*New business development from either generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
*Develop and maintain relations
*Work under deadlines to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
*Working with wider team to ensure client job orders are delivered on time.
*Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each job order is passed to the production coordinator with the right specifications.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*At least Diploma in Marketing or related field.
*Minimum 2 years demonstrable sales success within the outdoor advertising industry.
*Ability to effectively communicate and quickly build rapport in face-to-face meetings or via telephone
*Strong networking skills
*Motivated self-starter
