Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives for the portfolio/team under your management through execution of agreed strategies and Fine Pharma strategic plan.
- In field coaching and mentoring of sales personnel to improve overall team skills and behaviours.
- Responsible for personnel management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales personnel under you including the recruitment, training, coaching, development, and corrective counselling.
- Maintain required team call rate/coverage targets through monitoring of SFE systems
- Maintain key opinion leader contact within the team for each reps key customers
- Compile and update a Sales Operating Plan after each quarterly review with detailed analysis and feedback to the leadership team.
- Monitoring sales activities in-line with targets
- Submission of required reports within set deadlines
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage, collaborate and influence at all organizational and management levels
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Business English (written & spoken)
- Excellent selling, presentation and negotiation skills

Qualifications & Experience needed:
- A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing or Business
- Strong sales track record and evidence of delivering on targets consistently
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/FMCG industry is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
