SENIOR PASTOR POSITION at His People Christian Church

His People Christian Church requires the services of a suitable candidate to lead His People Church in the capacity as Senior Pastor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of the local church as well as leadership development at all levels. They will be required to preach and teach the Word of God during Sunday services, prayer meetings, discipleship events and programs and various other events of the church.

They will also be required to supervise all church departments and set the yearly overall direction of the various church departments through strategic planning processes and be responsible for the overall financial management of the church.

Applying candidates should have completed at least 3 years of study at a reputable theological school and be in possession of their relevant educational certificates. All applying candidates should also have had a least 5 years experience as a Senior Pastor in another His People or Every Nation church.
