MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Senior Sales Executive will discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals
and maintain customer satisfaction. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills
and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and
products through available platforms.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Conducting market research to identify possible sales and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, network and social
media platforms.
• Reaching out to and setting up meetings with both existing and potential clients and
responding to their feedback and concerns.
• Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participating in exhibitions and/or conferences.
• Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections effectively.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve desired results.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Any other duties as may be directed by the Supervisor
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Experience as a
Senior Sales position will be an added advantage.
• Driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
