To be able to file and retrieve accordingly

Job description

  • Able to identify missing information (labor time / cost / layout/ information ect.) on job cards
  • Able to understand statements and balance sheets
  • Sorting out account queries local and cross border
  • Able to calculate in different currencies in order to balance out queries
  • Involve in the warranty process, to check and maintain correct level of info regarding claim process – service department
  • Involve in the maintenance process, to check and maintain correct level of info regarding claim process– service department
  • Assist with the health and safety regulations to be maintained and followed
  • Ensure that company policies are followed and maintained at all times
  • Ensure that franchised standards are maintained and regulated at all times
  • Ensure company vehicles are looked after and maintained

Requirements, Education and Experience

  • Assist with technical support to the workshop staff when needed (mechanical understanding)
  • Communicate and assist with breakdown arrangements local and cross border.
  • Making sure office equipment is operational and in good condition at all times
  • Manage orders and receive goods for the office and workshop departments
