experience and qualifications
- Certificate in Marketing ( Sales and Services).
- Botswana Institute of Bankers Diploma being an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a banking environment with exposure to the frontline.

- Implementation and maintenance of Bank’s Service Plan, Standards and Service Targets.
- Queue Management.
- Channel Migration.
- Adherence to service standards.
- Lead generation.
- Management of customer complaints.
- Coach frontline staff to provide the appropriate experience to customers.
- Management of relevant complaints.
- Stock control of marketing material.
