Job Requirements
· Identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
· Provides excellent customer service to walk-in clients by resolving their lodged queries.
· Provides service advice to clients regarding access to relevant products and solutions.
· Orders and issues customer Cheque Books, debit and credit cards orders as lodged from time to time.
· Logs and tracks daily query workflow as lodged on CARE system
· Coach customers on their banking needs and product utilisation.
· Ensure adherence to FNB Golden Rules when handling client documentations.
· To migrate customers from Branch based banking services to online platforms as per Bricks to Clicks Strategy.

· Attends to customer service issues to prevent complaints from escalating.
· Acts on customer instructions to close Accounts in the Branch.
Additional Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
· Direct entry with Business Degree or at least a Business Diploma.
· 2years’ experience in a general banking with good exposure on service standards.
