experience and qualifications
- Direct entry with Business Degree or at least a Business Diploma.
- 2 years’ experience in a general banking with good exposure on service standards.
responsibilities
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Provides excellent customer service to walk-in clients by resolving their lodged queries.
- Provides service advice to clients regarding access to relevant products and solutions.
- Orders and issues customer Cheque Books, debit and credit cards orders as lodged from time to time.
- Logs and tracks daily query workflow as lodged on CARE system
- Coach customers on their banking needs and product utilisation.
- Ensure adherence to FNB Golden Rules when handling client documentations.
- To migrate customers from Branch based banking services to online platforms as per Bricks to Clicks Strategy.
- Attends to customer service issues to prevent complaints from escalating.
- Acts on customer instructions to close Accounts in the Branch.
