QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Occupational and Heath Safety Management or its equivalent valid competency certificates. Advanced First Aid Certification, OHSAS 18001 and IS014001. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience will be an added advantage. Should have Driver’s License (Class B). Familiar with local HSE legislation and must be Batswana citizen.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Conduct accident and Incident Investigations.
• Complete Internal SHE audits on all the sites provide regular reporting and ensure that all SHE practices and legislation.

• Communicate frequently with manage­ment to report on the status of occupa­tional health and safety programmes.
