Reporting to the Shift Manager the incumbent will be responsible to attend to the guests, cashing in/out, manage allocated float, open and close of Booth and operating a chip float. The incumbent will be dealing with customers and ensure the highest standard of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction in accordance with internal company control.
O’ Level/BGCSE or equivalent, with a pass in Maths. Excellent Arithmetical skills. Computer literate. Ability to communicate at all levels in the Organisation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong Customer focus. Ability to work limited supervision. Carry out transactions for lots Clients.
