The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide support and instruction for broadcast media production in the Department of Media studies.
- Work with the course lecturer in broadcast media production courses in the field of radio, television and film.
Duties: Guiding students in radio broadcasting, video filming, editing, and studio production for television. The teaching Assistant will ensure that the studios are well-organized and neat for use during production classes. The candidate is also expected to assist students to prepare scripts and programmes for UB Online Radio
Requirements: Applicant should have; (i) at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies/Journalism/ Communication or related field with at least 2(i) pass I GPA of at least 3.6. Knowledge of Final Cut, Adobe softwares (After Effects, Premiere and Audition) is essential. Familiarity with Mac (Apple) operating systems will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: As per approved part time rates
