Accountabilities
- Act as the project liaison person at national level and provide project oversight and leadership to partner organizations and COVID-19 staff at district level.
- Build/strengthen synergies of COVID-19 activities with Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) and other government ministries/departments at national and district level.
- Provides technical guidance and monitoring of partner organization and other consultant organizations (Hotwire and BONASO) COVID-19 sub agreements and contracts.
- Provides necessary support and mentorships to ensure implementation of COVID-19 activities with fidelity across APC 2.0 partners.
- Working closely with the APC 2.0 M&E team, coordinates analysis, reporting and sharing of project contribution towards COVID-19 Response with USAID, MOHW, DHMTs and other key stakeholders at national and district level.
- Working closely with District Coordinators and the Technical team to ensure that all districts fully participate and reports to district level response activities and meetings
- Organize and coordinate partner weekly performance meetings to discuss activities, assess and allocate resources accordingly.
- Consolidate and compile weekly updates, monthly and quarterly reports for submission to the Technical Director and USAID
- Promote a culture of learning and documentation so that lessons learned and good practices from the field are documented and shared for institutional memory and learning.
- Work over weekends
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Applied Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with providing technical support for research studies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors and prepare reports.
- Ability to problem solve and implements corrective action as needed.

Supervision Given/Received
- Supervision of Consultant Nurses.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Economics, Education, Environment, Health, Human Development, Information Science, International Development, Social Sciences or Related Field.
Experience
- Typically requires 5-8 years of managing data collection and technical assistance experience.
- Proficiency with database management software and on-line search tools required.
- Has sensitivity to cultural diversity and understanding of the political, contextual, and ethical issues in assigned areas.
- Articulate and professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive fashion with clients and staff.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private company.
Typical Physical Demands
- Typical office environment.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 5-50 lbs.
