JOB ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF TEMPORARY FIELD ASSISTANTS FOR (4 months) 26 POSTS

Application are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the above post tenable at the following Extension Areas

Kopong, Gakuto, Ditshukudu, Mahetlwe, Medle, Hatsalatladi, Boatlaname, Shadishadi, Lephepe and Kgope.

SALARY SCALE B5 (PI4580,00 P51744.00-per annum|

LEAVE RATE : 20 working days per annum

AGE: 18 – 35 year

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Measuring of fluids and compiling practical completion certificates in the assigned extension areas under Intergraded Support Programme for Arable Agriculture Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of Junior Certificate

DUTIES

• Measuring area ploughed /harrowed/planted
• Inspect and verify work done by contractors
• Complete practical completion certificate
• Produce and submit report of performance to agricultural extention officer
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Citizen of Botswana
• 18 to 35 years of age
• No criminal record
• Be physically and mentally fit
• Must be of sober habits
