JOB SUMMARY
The Value Centre General Manager (VCGM) is responsible for executing an industry leading business plan with full accountability for the delivery of the value centre economic profit (EP), profit & loss and balance
sheet performance. This is achieved through development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, supported by the ability to understand customer trends and influence behaviour. The VCGM is responsible for driving
the branch operation and to deliver an enhanced customer experience in accordance with the company’s brand and service standards.

The position directly reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
– A Degree in Retail/Business Administration or equivalent is required
EXPERIENCE:
– A minimum of five (5) years business experience in a related retail area (courier services, retail distribution or any related field)
– Experience in direct customer service delivery and business development is essential, together with enhanced managerial and communication skills
