To provide the efficient processing, maintenance, filing and archiving of documentation to ensure the provision of secure, effective and efficient records and archives management services within the organisation.
The position directly reports to Knowledge & Information Manager
-Diploma in Archives & Records Management
– Minimum of 3 years working experience in Archives and Records Management with hands on knowledge of computer software.
-Proficiency in Microsoft products
-Experience in knowledge & documentation management system usage
-Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
-Assertive & Decisive
-Proactive & Innovative

– Implementation and Effective records and archives management system
-ready availability and speedy retrieval of files on demand
-Compliance with records management procedures
-Accurate recording of file data and movement of files throughout the Botswana Post
