Lushly Beautiful Position Descriptions:

1. Sales Assistant Superstar 
We are hiring a highly motivated, organized, fast-paced and direction-oriented individual to act as the retail Sales Assistant.

This person is excited to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients, as well as sell our products.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

-Excellent client care skills.
-Strong selling skills with amazing attention to detail!
-Exceptional knowledge of makeup in terms of selecting suitable makeup colors for the clients.
-Proficiency in point of sales processes, and manage all individual sales.
-Profound time management skills, prioritization of tasks and follow-through ability.
-Determined, self-motivated and passionate individual who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and is able to anticipate situations before they arise.
-Loves to go above and beyond and believes in the overall Lushly Beautiful mission and vision.

-QUALIFICATIONS: Form 5, a certification in Health and Beauty (makeup) or Sales and marketing will be an added advantage

2. Marketing & Administrative Assistant Position

If you’re clear that “selling is serving,” as we head into our launch season we are hiring Marketing & Administrative Assistant Superstars to help bring the right women into our life-changing program and be the front runner catalyst to assisting them with the start of their businesses.

This position is for the passionate and driven person who truly believes in our mission + vision to help empower female entrepreneurs and help them start their businesses and transform their lives. Experience in phone enrollment sales is a must!

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

-Experience in phone enrollment sales
-Excellent client care skills both in written style and on the phone.
-Strong organizational skills for all things logistical, scheduling, and email broadcast-related projects with amazing attention to detail!
-Great communication skills with a passion and love for sales.
-Strong phone presence and experience handling a high volume of calls and keeping all information well organized.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Ability to organize and strategize sales, on-boarding, reach-out and follow-up strategies to ensure that all prospects’ questions have been answered and their needs have been met.
-Eager to build and nurture relationships with the female prospects interested in joining the Lushly Beautiful community.

-Able and willing to quickly learn about all the in’s and out’s of Lushly Beautiful and all other company related products or programs.
-Energized, self-driven and able to thrive and advance with the company.
-Able to consistently follow up on all leads, maintain and understand database information, understand digital marketing and achieve established performance goals.

-QUALIFICATIONS: Sales and Marketing Diploma or equivalent
