Office Administrator wanted at FMRE

Job description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for manning of the switchboard and reception as well as the general administration of the office

Key Performance Areas:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for the following:
  • Providing secretarial support to the General Manager
  • Manning of the reception and switchboard
  • Facilitating the insurance of all company assets
  • Maintaining the company vehicle log books and ensuring that vehicles are serviced as and when they are due
  • Monitoring the serving of refreshments and cleaning of offices
  • Any other relevant duties as required



Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Administration or Secretarial Diploma
  • 1 year working experience in a similar position
  • Must be an excellent face to face and telephone communicator
  • Knowledge of Tswana language and culture will be an added advantage
