Operations Manager – Botswana

Our Client is a well known, reputable organisation looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team based in Gabarone.
Company will assist with visa processing

Duties to include:
Lead the quarterly reporting the General Insurance on all portfolios that require such reporting
Coordinate the structure and requirements of each report;
Plan the timeline factoring in other commitments
Assist with the drafting and coordinating of various sections as needed (this will vary form reviewing and formatting to preparation of slides from reports, data and management information);
Finalise and review the report (to include formatting and drafting to ensure that it is presented in a consistent style);
Coordinate the review process to submission.
Monthly management meetings for each portfolio:
Coordinate and chair the meetings (agendas, minutes and challenge the processes) ,
Manage input and output with reference to business objectives and timelines,
Manage and follow up on actions in a timely way,
Manage deadlines,
Assist with actions where possible.

Key Skills
Strong experience in the insurance sector
Good understanding of finance and insurance
Demonstrated contribution to large scale, multi-disciplinary projects
Claims and underwriting processes preferable
