The Role
The division is looking to recruit a Principal Consultant to join their experienced consulting team. As Principal Consultant, the individual will report to the General Manager and facilitate in managing a portfolio of clients

Interested candidates will need to demonstrate the following:


A good understanding of:

the financial services industry, including corporate and individual clients
investments, employee benefits and retirement funds
the tax implications on retirement benefits
linked products (preservation funds and retirement annuities)
voluntary products (discretionary vehicles)
life and risk products

Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning/Degree in Finance, Financial Management, Economics or any business related qualification
CFP will be an added advantage

8 to 10 years experience in a Financial services environment of which 5 should have been in an Employee Benefits, Retirement Funds or related field
Experience in dealing with and interacting with Institutional Clients, Trustees or Management committee of prudentially regulated entities
