Main purpose of the job:
To account for the day’s business and to remain available to serve the overnight needs of customers.
Education, Experience and Competencies required:
A Diploma in hospitality.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hotel (essential).
Experience with OPERA will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Ms Word and Excel.
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, banking machines, etc…
Multitasking capability without compromising on quality.
