RESTAURANT MANAGER.

FOUR COUSINS RESTAURANT, a well-established restaurant in Ramotswa is inviting suitably qualified candidate to apply for a RESTAURANT MANAGER position. FOUR COUSINS RESTAURANT wishes to attract a professional with a thorough understanding of the food service business environment; who has a passion for growth and delivering outstanding services as a Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
An ideal candidate would be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant in line with FOUR COUSINS RESTAURANT Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest/customer and owner expectations. The Manager would be expected to manage the outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the operating concept and International standards, ensuring maximum guest/customer satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the Business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Provide leadership and management by formulating strategies to generate shareholder value.
2) To lead growth, value adding, transformation and achieving sales target.
3) Managing Day to day operations.
4) Set and strive to exceed financial targets, manage and review performance objectives.
5) Maintain good corporate governance by complying with ethical business practices and ensure compliance to all legislation.
6) Recruit, Train and monitor development of new Staff where applicable.
7) Develop and maintain sound business and working relationships with all stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
1) Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2) Experience in and sound track record on growing business.
3) Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Business Management or any related field.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1) Strong communication and social skills.
2) The ability to delegate and control staff well.
3) Show respect and follow instructions given by his/her superiors.
4) A passion for the industry and commitment working to restaurant hours.
5) Ability and experience to create performing culture.
6) A proven ability to manage change successfully in order to create a healthy working environment.
