JOB TITLE:  SALES AGENT (XI)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Promotes sales by meeting or exceeding the bottom line on a daily basis.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Marketing

2 2 years relevant experience for certificate holders 2 Direct entry for diploma holders

• Aged between 24-30 years.
• Priority shall be in the following order;
  • Batswana
  • Class B Driver’s License holders
  • Females
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Customer-centric individuals
  • Desire for outdoor work environment

REPORTING STRUCTURE

• Reports directly to the Operations Officer.
• Reports indirectly to the Director.
• Directly co-supervises Operations Assistants with Mascot Champion
