QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Public Administration or any related field.
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE: At least six (6) years relevant experience.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide leadership and management of the Administration function and to coordinate records management, security, transport, secretarial and messengerial functions for the ministry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of administration policies in the Authority.
• Develops plans, strategies and programmes for Records Management, Security, Secretarial, Cleaning and Transport Services.
• Translates plans and programmes into work activities.
• Develop, and monitor annual plans and programmes for the implementation of Records Management, Security, Secretarial, Cleaning and Transport Services.
• Manages and reviews performance of the administration function.
• Reviews and analyses the level of adherence to set customer service standard and takes appropriate measures.
• Prepares and or consolidates the administration function budget.
• Monitors the administration function budget and controls expenditure to ensure appropriate utilization.
• Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management to meet exigencies of the service.
