Specialist, Training & Organisational Development
General overview of the Job
The Bank requires the services of knowledgeable, highly skilled and self- driven individual for the above position.
The incumbent will report directly to the Head, Human Capital. The Specialist, Training and OD will be responsible for providing an integrated framework for manpower planning, organization development, establish training needs and facilitate training interventions to build knowledgeable, skilled and productive workforce for the achievement of BSB strategic goals.
Implement initiatives to attain and maintain high standards in customer service.
Facilitate programmes that will promote staff buy in for change management initiatives.
Identify talented employees and formulate appropriate retention strategies.
Promote good corporate culture that is in line with Bank’s vision and values.
Identify performance management methods and systems and monitor performance reviews across business units.
Plan and implement manpower budget for the Bank.
Analyze and review organisational structure to align it with corporate strategy.
Identify skills gaps among employees and formulate targeted training interventions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology/ Organization Design.
At least five (5) years’ experience in a training and organisational development environment.
Expert knowledge in Training & Development, Change Management, Organization Design & Development, Performance Management, HR Planning, Remuneration.
