TEMPORARY FIELD ASSISTANS (30 POSTS)
Applications are invited from suitable qualified citizens for the post of temporary field assistant tenable at tenable at Palapye Sub District Crop Production Office for a period of 6 months from date of commencement of duty.
The extension area are as follows: Palapye x3,Maunatlala x3,Lecheng x3Ratholo x3,Lerala x3, Goo- tau x2,Maokaumo x3,Tamasane x2,Malotwane x2,Topisi x2,Makoro x2, Radisele x2
SALARY: B5 Scale bottom notch scale (P 2397.00 per month)
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
-Measuring the fields in the Department Of Crop Production under ISPAAD programme.
-Minimum of Junior Certificate.
-Measure fields ploughed/planted under ISPAAD programme.
-Calculate the total area ploughed/planted.
-Fill in the practical completion certificates.
-Submit completed certificates to the supervisor for checking.
-Distribution of Seeds, compilation of reports or any other duties cognizable to the job.
-Undertaking any other related duties as required meeting the exigencies of the service.
