TRAINEE: ADMIN & ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Job Summary

To carry out a wide range of administrative, clerical, bookkeeping and record maintenance activities. To assist with smooth operational function of the business.

Qualifications and Experience

  • AAT/Diploma in Accounting 
  • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in computerized accounting
  • A valid Driver’s license is required
  • Competencies

  • Compliance with procedures and deadlines
  • Computer literate and proficient in computer applications and software preferably
  • QuickBooks

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate record keeping of all information, accounting and administrative
  • Assist with the administrative and clerical duties in accordance to the company process and regulations
  • Preparation and processing of monthly receivable and payable invoices
  • Preparation, processing and submission of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of the financial reports
