Customer Data Entry Clerk (15 positions)

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to (i) Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.; (ii) Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output; (iii) Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Candidates should have- (i) Previous data capturing experience – Speed and Accuracy being highly crucial; (ii) Computer literate, able to type at min 40WPM; (iii) Previous administration experience will be an advantage.
