Botswana Railways invites suitably qualified, Citizen, Human Resources Experts with a proven track record to apply for the position of Human Capital Officer- Organization Development tenable at Botswana Railways Headquarters – Mahalapye. This position reports directly to the Organization Development Manager, respectively.

Main Purpose of the Job:

To plan, analyse, supervise, coordinate and implement the training and development aspect of the

organisation.

Position Requirements:

Educational: Degree in Social Sciences with specialisation in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Experience: Three years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
