COMPANY: RAM TRANSPORT BOTSWANA (PTY) LTD
ROLE DESCRIPTION: The operations manager performs, plans, and coordinates the daily activity of all logistics personnel and functions.
POSITION BASED: Gaborone. Botswana
REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate must be able to provide proof of below
- Creating an inspiring team atmosphere with an open communication culture
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interests proportions, time calculations and area
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Advanced customer relations management
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables
- Be knowledgeable regarding all company products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing director
