ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for managing and development of Ram Transport Botswana (pty) ltd s overall commercial and sales operations. He/she will be responsible for implementing targets, policies and common standards while promoting the company brand.

POSITION BASED: Gaborone. Botswana

REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate must be able to provide proof of below

• Technical Knowledge in the relevant market
• Good strategic and people management skills
• Effective negotiation and influencing skis
• Advanced customer relations management
• Clear understanding of management accounts and budget forecast
• Be knowledgeable regarding all company products and services
• Ability to count verify and manually unload incoming orders
• Preform other duties as assigned by the Managing director
