DESCRIPTION
As part of the Stakeholder Management & Business Development team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for the following key performance areas;
⦁ Attain sales profitability growth and account penetration within assigned territories.
⦁ Plan and organise promotions, and presenting ideas and sales plans & strategies.
⦁ Plan and organise sales activations at various locations.
⦁ Promote, organise, coordinate, and manage the efficient sale of the Fund’s products and services.
⦁ Prepare & execute marketing and sales acquisition plans.
⦁ Facilitate for the submission of updated KYC by Fund members & stakeholders.
⦁ Conducting member education at various locations.
⦁ Maximise retention of members.
⦁ Provide onsite general member servicing and ensure efficient member onboarding.
⦁ Implement targeted sales strategies and monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools.\
2. REQUIREMENTS
2.1 EDUCATION
A University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Business, Management or a related field. A sales qualification would be an added advantage.
2.2 EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years post professional qualification experience in a business and/or sales environment.
3. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Proficiency in computer applications.
⦁ Ability to build alliances and establish strategic partnerships.
⦁ Knowledge of new digital media communications.
⦁ A thorough understanding of how the media works, including social media.
⦁ Ability to work hard, under pressure and meet deadlines.
⦁ High attention to detail.
⦁ Organised and well-planned.
