Established in 2001, Botswana Couriers and Logistics works with 720 partners and utilises a distribution network of 130 locations in Botswana to provide outstanding service to both local and international clients.

Botswana Couriers and Logistics is seeking to appoint a highly qualified, multi – skilled, and result oriented citizen of Botswana as the Chief Executive Officer.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Board of Directors through the Board Chairperson, the candidate shall be responsible to ensure that the Company functions effectively and within the Companies Act, as well as providing strong leadership in financial management, delivery of quality service, implementing strategies to achieve strategic objectives and frequent consultation with various stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have a recognised university degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines, with at least 12 years relevant experience, 5 years of which must have been at senior management level. A detailed knowledge of international best practice in Warehousing/Distribution, Courier/Freight, and Logistics Support will be a distinct advantage.
