Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, correspondences, and legal opinions.
- Managing litigation matters in the Magistrates’ Courts and High Court.
- Conducting legal research and preparing court-ready documents.
- Attending court appearances, case management conferences and client consultations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognised institution.
- 2-3 years post admission experience in a reputable law firm.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Sound knowledge of civil procedure and litigation practice.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
