SCG Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
- Managing employee records, contracts, and compliance
- Handling disciplinary processes and staff welfare
- Payroll coordination and attendance management
- Ensuring HR policies align with labour laws
- Supporting management with HR strategy and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven HR experience (security industry is an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
