Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Transport & Logistics Management / Business Administration / Supply and chain management Business Management/ Operations Management
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
• Experience of at least 1 year in fuel and logistics Management
• Previous experience working in a fleet management environment will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of fuel logistics, bulk fuel handling, and cross-border operations (added advantage).
• Knowledge of road transport legislation.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, email, reporting tools).
• Basic understanding of fuel reconciliation, loss control, and variance reporting (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of fuel transport regulations and safety standards.
• Fleet and logistics management experience.
• Competency in scheduling, route planning, and transport monitoring systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and environmental regulations.
