Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor production systems and processes for efficiency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diamond assortments.
• Align production with ODC’s strategic goals and improve operational systems for greater efficiency.
• Oversee systems that ensure all products meet ODC’s strict quality standards and assortment requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive product quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
• Oversee sales lot valuations, calculate rough diamond values, and prepare price adjustments based on market trends.
• Manage stock control processes, month-end stock reconciliations, and work closely with the security team to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a diamond production environment, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Deep understanding of rough diamond sorting, valuation, and sales assortments.
• Expertise in stock management systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
