We have a superb opportunity for a well-experienced Spa Therapist – a creative genius, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Presents themselves and our facility with flair, humility, and confidence to deliver on our value proposition of luxury, whilst keeping with our standards and protocols. The role entails marketing the Spa and upselling all of the facility’s offerings. As part of the team, the successful candidate will put the team first and promote the success of the business through innovative sales and marketing contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes Spa treatments to enhance guests’ experience and stay
- Delivers exceptional spa treatments to delight our customers
- Maintains cleanliness in treatment rooms and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Must be a team player and willing to learn
- Must be willing to work long extended hours to respond to our client needs
- Receptionist experience is an added advantage
Requirements
- Certificate in Beauty Therapy from an accredited institution.
- 2-3 Years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in an established hospitality setting
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Setswana sales and business development
