Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all centre programmes
- Develop annual programme strategies and operational plans
- Oversee programme budgets and resource allocation
- Supervise programme staff and ensure performance targets are met
- Compile narrative and donor reports
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and community organisations
- Support fundraising initiatives and proposal development
- Ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in programme management or project leadership
- Strong monitoring and evaluation skills
- Excellent report writing and budgeting skills
- Experience working within NGOs or community-based organisations
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proposal writting
