A large established manufacturing company has a position for Technical Manager tenable in Gaborone. The technical manager will oversee manufacturing and have experience of at least 10-15 years in plastic manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain high levels of production
- Conduct failure analysis and advice on counter solutions.
- Accountable for the quality, maintenance and assurance of product consistency
Requirements
- Appropriate technical educational background
- Knowledge of setup systems and fine tuning of manufacturing machines, testers & equipment specific to the factory.
- At least a national Diploma
